Inspired by vinyasa-hatha yoga, 1:1 yoga is made to connect you to your body and mind. 1:1 yoga works on the multi dimensional layers of the human existence, starting with:
- the physical body
moving on to...
- the energetic body
and...
- the emotional / mental bodies.
Each session is curated to meet you where you are in the given moment. Our space is curated to be a sactuary away from the city to go within. Your guide is here to support you exactly where you are on your journey.
Whether you are a complete beginner or an advanced practitioner, your guide will support your progress and leave you with a deeper connection to your inner world, stability in your muscles and resiliance in the mind.
Sessions are conducted online via zoom or in-person in a private, cosy space in Lisbon.
