Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens. This policy exists so we can hold space reliably for every client and ensure our practitioners can plan their day with care.

• Minimum 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session without charge.
• Late cancellations (less than 48 hours' notice) incur a 50% fee.
• No-shows are charged in full.
